NPDES Phase II- Storm Water Ordinance

ORDINANCE Template.  The New Construction Standards subcommittee has been working on a storm water ordinance (dated 2/4/14) and an accompaniment Low Impact Development (LID) Manual.  (Manual developed by SEMCOG)

COUNTY DESIGN: The County Design Standards & Requirements (dated 10/11/10) is the new design standards to be adopted by the Drain Office.  these standards references the LID manual for water quality requirements.  NOTE: as a community you only need to adopt requirements A, B, D and E to meet NPDES ph II requirements.  Requirement C is the GCDC-SWM flood control requirements.
